THE BREAKDOWN

the good the bad and the ugly

In 2015 I had the quintessential life breakdown. I had a fancy job on the trading floor of a global bank. I had a big brick house, a sweet husband, and a beautiful daughter. It looked great from the outside, and yet... I was aching on the inside.

Yearning for so much more than bank software, TPS reports, and a vanilla suburban existence.

I craved freedom, wealth, wildness, and to let my freak flag fly. But I had no idea how to do it.

So I hired a life coach… and honestly? It changed everything.

THE BREAKTHROUGH

Within weeks I was traveling to the world’s most rigorous coach training program in NYC, and signing coaching clients. It shoulda been on like Donkey Kong, amiright?

Not so fast. Two months into my brand-new business…I found myself peeing on a pregnancy test in a public New York bathroom.

So in addition to working on trading floor, commuting 2 hours a day, traveling to New York every month, completing my coursework, working with clients, and being a wife + mom...now I was pregnant, too. #holyshitballs

I wanted to quit. To put the business on hold until after the baby. But my coach wouldn’t let me…because that’s what coaches do.

It was because of my own coach - holding me accountable to push through the pain and do the hard things when it would have been “easier” not to.

Over the next two years, I went on to crush my coach training, grew my client base, put in my six-month resignation notice, and escaped my corporate life. All with a newborn baby on my hip and had a breast pump hanging off my ta-tas.

The punchline? There is no “good time” to start a business.

You just gotta get on the roller coaster...with your BFF in the seat next to you.

THE BUSINESS

Over the last 7 years I’ve grown my business to multi-six-figures, served hundreds of clients, worked with Fortune 500 companies, and even been on TV! I’ve also launched a podcast, created courses, hired a team, built funnels, hosted retreats, and built a squad of badass entrepreneurs who feel like family.

But hear me loud and clear…this business has given me so much more than good-on-paper success metrics. It’s turned me into a badass, and I want that for you too.

I have failed and f*cked up more than I’ve succeeded. I’ve publicly embarrassed myself, lost money, and straight up wanted to quit. I’ve had many sleepless nights, had gnarly fights with my husband and drank too much. I’ve felt judged, lost followers, and cried to my own coach that everything is f*cked.

But here's the thing:
I've learned to keep going.

To stay on the roller coaster when I want to jump off, and that’s what I’m here on this earth to teach you. If you come into my world, sure, you’ll learn sales and business growth strategies…but more importantly you’ll learn to access your inner badass to keep going when shit gets tough.
